Market Test

PACCAR Purchasing will perform a competitive analysis of the potential supplier's submitted pricing.

Site Visit

A site visit may be required to evaluate the potential supplier's manufacturing facility and the supplier's financial viability.

Selection Criteria

PACCAR selects suppliers based on their ability to provide high quality, technologically advanced parts at competitive prices in a timely manner. PACCAR suppliers are required to make continuous improvement in quality, productivity, cost, and delivery.

Certification Validation

Suppliers must be certified to IATF 16949.

Supplier Qualification

PACCAR assesses new suppliers with respect to their quality system, financial stability, logistics, and technical capabilities. PACCAR may conduct an on-site evaluation (Supplier Readiness Review) prior to placing an order.
